WHAT IS HOUSE CALL PT? IS IT THE SAME AS HOME HEALTH PT? DO I NEED TO BE HOMEBOUND TO QUALIFY?

House Call PT is a convenient service where your Physical Therapist comes to you. Just like a PT visit, but in the comfort of your home. Think of it as a regular orthopedic visit, without having to go to the office. 

 

This is NOT home health.  Patients do not need to be homebound to qualify for treatment. 

WHAT IS TELEHEALTH?

Telehealth is healthcare provided via a virtual platform. Our visits will be performed on a secure, HIPAA compliant portal. This visit is a great way to provide updates to your plan of care, answer questions, visulally demonstrate exercises or self therapy techniques.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN HOUSE CALL AND TELEHEALTH VISITS.

Yes, you may switch between visit types as you choose. Some private insurance companies may not accept telehealth at this time, but self-pay is always available.

WHAT AREA TO YOU COVER?

For Housecall visits we currently focus on the West metro but please reach out and we will try and accommodate you as best we can.

For Telehealth we treat the entire state of MN.

WILL I MISS OUT BY NOT HAVING ACCESS TO A FULL CLNIC?

Most physical therapy requires only basic equipment (theraband, soup cans, towels/straps, etc). We will have some basic equipment available for our visits and are happy to help you procure your own if deemed appropriate.

Yes, our primary PT has specialized training in concussion management. There are a wide variety of treatments that can be performed in your home for a safe and swift return to normal activity. 

At this time we accept self-pay (cash-pay) and Blue Cross Blue Shield - Minnesota.  We are working diligently on credentialing with additional insurers and will update this site when available.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No! We are able to see you via direct access. No referral is necessary.
